Super clean and cozy stay!
Had a lovely stay! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was spotless, seriously, I've never seen a cleaner bathroom! I enjoyed the local dishes at the restaurant, but they were a bit pricey. Only wish they had more options for snacks.

well-proportioned room, decent balcony size, clean bathroom
Noise from the dead-end street disrupts peace at unreasonable hours!!! Humidity throughout the facility creates a discomforting environment!!! Poor soundproofing contributes to a restless stay!!! Frequent power outages make the power generator unbearable!!!

The staff provided exceptional hospitality. I especially appreciated how accommodating Rita, the manager, was to our needs.
The dining options were quite limited, and I found the vegetarian menu lacking during my stay.

pleasant, pleasant, pleasant
I had an amazing 5-night stay in a Superior Room with Balcony. The two sparkling swimming pools made my afternoons so refreshing, and I loved having breakfast with a view of the outdoor pool. The staff's attention to detail was commendable, especially how they promptly fixed any issues we had.
100% recommend 😊❤️

missingWrote a review on Oct 14maintained poolbalcony viewpoorly maintained facilities
The swimming pool is well-maintained, providing a nice place to relax. The balcony in the One-Bedroom Apartment offers a decent view, a nice touch for enjoying Lagos weather.
Facilities could use some serious attention—half the door frame fell on me when I opened the door with the chain still attached. I found a dead cockroach under the sink hours after cleaning, and leaks from the ceiling detracted from my comfort level. The dining options lack variety, especially for vegetarians, making meals a bit of a challenge. Additionally, several processes like laundry and room service required multiple follow-ups to get actioned, which was frustrating.

The contemporary design of the Park Inn caught my eye right away. The swimming pool area was a great spot for relaxation, perfectly maintained and inviting. Breakfast provided a good variety of options, including traditional Nigerian dishes that were delicious, especially the Egusi soup! Would definitely recommend starting the day there. On the downside, the check-in process was frustrating due to network issues. One of the room's locker handles was broken, and there were a few cleanliness issues that needed attention. While the staff were accommodating, it felt like some areas required better management. However, the staff's willingness to help truly made a difference, especially in resolving my issues promptly. The room was comfortable and spacious, making it a cozy retreat after a long day exploring Lagos.

The staff were super friendly, making us feel at home. Enjoying breakfast by the pool was a highlight. We visited the nearby statues of gargantuan horses and took in the views from the Independence House—definitely worth it. Perfect spot for groups!
There was a bit of noise from the road traffic at night, which made it a tad hard to sleep sometimes. However, it didn’t take away from our overall positive experience.
